Tributer Resort
Overview
Tributer Resort will soon introduce a championship layout by TGR Design to highlight the resort’s growing golf destination along the shores of Lake Anna, Virginia. The course will be the second for the resort and offer a distinct core golf layout that looks to showcase the site’s interesting topography and beautiful natural setting. Playing through rolling farmland and pockets of mature hardwoods and pine groves, the course is defined by strategy and a powerful sense of place as the layout will offer expansive vistas across the property.

Measuring 7,310 yards, the course will provide a stern test of golf while remaining highly playable. Thoughtful decision‑making and creativity are emphasized as golfers strategically navigate generous fairways, tactical hazards, and undulating greens.
The design takes full advantage of the site’s rolling terrain and natural features, which shape both the strategy and character of the course. Holes move seamlessly across ridgelines and lowlands, with a balanced mix of uphill and downhill play that delivers distinct variety throughout the round.
A prominent ridge anchors the clubhouse and club core, offering spectacular panoramic views across the course and establishing a strong connection between the golf course and the surrounding Lake Anna landscape. The end result will be a strategic and visually compelling championship layout that offers a natural complement to the growing golf experience at Tributer Resort.
